The location was excellent, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained, offering a fine view of the city skyline. I especially enjoyed waking up to the sunrise from the comfort of my bed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure all my needs were met.

Great location near river and Flinders Station, tram ride to Victoria Market. Newly decorated apartments with washer, dryer, dishwasher, comfortable beds, and great showers. Amazing views from high floors. Helpful staff and quick elevators. Excellent price.

I had a fantastic stay in this city! The location of the hotel was perfect, with a tram stop right outside and it was conveniently situated between the two main transport hubs. The cleanliness of the apartment was perfect, with everything looking brand new. The hotel facilities were great, with a full kitchen and laundry in the apartment.

This centrally located apartment is perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Close to everything, including the riverfront, and right near the express tram to the track. The room was comfortable and quiet, with impressive modern furniture. Complimentary water and Coca Colas were a nice touch.

Some faint marks/stains on the walls were noticed, but they didn't affect the quality of our stay.

The location of the apartments was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, especially the abundance of cabinets and high-quality appliances.

The small size of the second bedroom, not suitable for more than a single bed. it would have been helpful to have clear information about the distance of the car park, as it was quite far and difficult to manage with luggage and kids.

We had a great stay at Collins House with excellent service from their friendly staff. The gym on the 27th floor was a bonus, perfect for a workout after exploring the city. The rooms were clean and well-furnished, with anything we needed resolved by the helpful front desk staff. The convenient location and access to free trams made it easy to explore Melbourne's hidden gems.
